On January 21, 2023 at 12:53pm PST we have a New Moon in Aquarius. Which is connected to the Air Element. Air is our breath. Our most necessary function. As we are living in a very high stress and anxious time, if we can bring our awareness to our most basic function of air and breath, it helps us move these energies.
