Meet #Wayshower Carol Campos ⭐️

Each month, I LOVE to dedicate time and space within my newsletter to highlight someone within our #Wayshower community.  With every beat of my heart, I am so inspired by all of you and what you are bringing to the world 🌎 The Subscriber Highlight section acts as an introduction, so we can all be inspired by each other and informally 'meet' in a virtual way!

I'm SUPER excited to introduce, one of my favorite humans, Ascending Woman and inspiration to me, Carol Campos of Carol L. Campos Coaching ✨ She is an awareness, transformational, transitional and empowerment coach. She's also the co-host of one of my favorite spiritual podcast, The Divine Breadcrumb.

"For years (actually decades!) I didn’t know what I wanted to do.  My personal life had not only left me broken-hearted and mistrustful of others, but worse— I was mistrustful of my own instincts. I married a man with a severe cocaine & crack addiction. My ego told me I could help him; I could FIX him. My higher self was yelling to get the hell out of Dodge. I didn’t listen. 

I had a victim’s mentality and didn’t easily forgive. My health was in shambles. I was diagnosed with a thyroid issue; my hair was falling out and I had a cone biopsy after pre-cancerous cells were found in my cervix. I was prescribed an anti-anxiety medication. I had 3 bouts of Shingles—a viral infection usually only found in the elderly or people with compromised immune systems.  All of this before the age of 30. 

After my marriage ended, I focused on supporting myself and my daughter. Over the years I worked my way up the corporate ladder. I did this for over 20 years, most recently in a leadership role at a Fortune 10 company. Throughout my adult life I just knew that I was meant to do something different and felt stuck in a life that didn’t fit. But what was this “thing” I should be doing? I had no idea.  

So, I went on a quest for knowledge. For over 10 years I immersed myself in classes and workshops, learning about energy healing, meditation, as well as numerous spiritual and holistic topics. I received my certification in Reiki and Angel Card Reading. I met like-minded people.  Little by little, it felt like pieces of my Soul had come home and now my Soul was calling on me to take action. 

Finally, I left my corporate job and made the leap into the unknown. After doing months of intense inner work with my coach, and reconnecting to my higher wisdom, I discovered that I could combine my life and business experience with my soul-aligned interests. I knew I had a talent for building thriving, productive teams and helping people to see their unique strengths and gifts, but it took awhile for my Soul-aligned purpose to emerge.

I became the creator and Co-founder of The Divine Breadcrumb, a global online community and podcast, which showcases amazing people shining their light around the world. I started writing a blog to share my own story. These are things I couldn’t have imagined a few years ago. But as often is the case, the Universe had an even bigger plan for me than I had for myself.

I am now a certified coach, focusing on empowerment, esteem, & transition. I help my clients to heal emotional wounds, clear patterns & beliefs, connect to their heart intelligence, cultivate self-love and discover meaning and purpose. It’s when we do this inner work that we’re able to move towards our goals with confidence. My Soul knew what I would be doing long before I did, and I’m grateful that I followed the Divine map that was laid out before me!

I love traveling, exploring new cultures, being in nature and helping people on their own paths. I hold a B.A. in Communications from Hofstra University. I live in Massachusetts with my rambunctious and hilarious cats, Petey and Emmett."
