How to access your customer settings:

How to update your card on file:

• After logging in, click on the Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
• Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
• Click Update next to the currently listed credit card.
• Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information.
• Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes.

If your payment is through Stripe (most likely if you entered your credit or debit card.)

Cancel directly in Stripe:

• Log in to your Stripe account.
• Locate your Subscriptions section.
• Click the three dots next to the subscription and select Cancel subscription:

Note: Canceling directly from Stripe will let us know to deactivate your product when canceled. This will remove the Products in your content library.

If your payment is with PayPal:

Cancel directly in PayPal:

• You must log in to your PayPal account.
• Click Payments in the top menu.
• Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
• Select the Psychic Soul or Mooniverse agreement you want to cancel in the left sidebar.
• Click the Cancel button.
• Confirm your wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments:
