• Stable Internet / VPN: Ensure you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular; disable VPNs temporarily.

• iOS Safari Downloads: Files land in the Downloads folder in the Files app—ensure Safari’s download location is set to “On My iPhone/iPad.” Tap and hold links to “Download Linked File” if Safari plays it instead.

• Restart Safari or Device: Force-quit Safari or restart your phone/tablet—this often resolves minor glitches.

• Clear Browser Cache: In Settings → Safari, tap Clear History and Website Data, then retry.

• Update Your Device: Keep your iOS or Android up to date and ensure you have sufficient free storage.

• Unsupported File Types: Some audio formats may not be supported—consider using a compatible media player.

• Android Download Manager: Go to Settings → Apps and ensure Download Manager is enabled. Clearing its cache and data may help.

• PDF Issues on Android: If PDFs won’t open, try using a PDF reader app like Adobe Acrobat or UPDF.
