How to Best Prepare for Our Sacred Circle:

1. Create a Sacred Space: Set up a quiet, comfortable area where you can participate without distractions. Consider arriving with noise canceling headphones, an eye mask, adding candles, crystals, or anything that helps you feel connected to the energy of the circle.

2. Have Your Workbook Ready: We will provide a digital one for this event or have your special journal with you.

3. Mindful Intentions: Take some time before the event to reflect on what you wish to release and what you want to invite into your life. The powerful energy of the 222 Portal is perfect for setting intentions.

4. Hydrate and Ground: Drink plenty of water before and after the circle, and consider grounding practices such as a short walk or deep breathing exercises to center yourself.

What to Expect:

- Welcoming of Our Community: We’ll begin by coming together as a community, acknowledging the sacred space we’ve created and the powerful energy of the 222 Portal.
- Prayer Invocation & Intention Setting: We’ll start with a prayer invocation to invite in divine energy, followed by setting our personal and collective intentions for the circle.
- Reiki-Infused Circle: The entire circle will be infused with Reiki, offering healing energy throughout the experience.
- Guided Meditation & Sound Healing: Lauren and Crystal as your Guides.
- Journaling: We’ll spend time journaling our insights, reflections, and any messages received during the meditation and sound healing.
- Sacred Closing: We’ll close the circle in a sacred and intentional way, honoring the energy shared and sealing in the work we’ve done together.T
